Where it fits
At 18,000 bph label tension becomes the limiting factor: a small variation in web tension shows up as a wrinkled label on every bottle for the next twenty seconds. RXL-1U uses a dual-servo feed with closed-loop tension control and water-cools the main drive, so the machine holds accuracy through a three-shift week rather than for the first hour of a shift.
